Church & Community Event Packages
Community and church events are an excellent opportunity for people to meet their neighbors and interact with new friends in a fun and relaxed way. People will stay longer at the event, socialize more and have higher satisfaction if activities are provided. Whether you are having a festival, a church picnic, a fun run or other group activity, Merry Makers offers a multitude of party rentals and services to entertain your participants. We deliver our brand of fun party rentals to events in Seattle, Olympia, Redmond, Kent, Puyallup and all over Washington State.
Merry Makers provides a family-friendly entertainment experience. We have found it to be true that if the kids are happy, the parents are much more inclined to stay and enjoy the event as well. With the large selection of rental equipment and performers, we have something appropriate for every community event. Active attendees are attracted to the Interactive and obstacle courses, while people wanting less activity have really enjoyed the variety of games we offer. Our uniformed staff is courteous and has passed a background check.
A Sample of Types of Events
Church events: We have been well-received at many church picnic and outreach events. You may have seen our obstacle courses, slides or performers at a season-specific event like a harvest party, Easter celebration or a Trunk or Treat. Archery Tag[sports] has been a hit at camps. A bounce house or water slide, make for a great time at Vacation Bible Schools.
Block Parties and Festivals: We coordinate with various cities and private organizations to include inflatable rentals and games at their community events. Some organizers have chosen to use our party rentals as a kidzone attraction and others have opened it to all ages by including interactive game rentals like the Meltdown and Joust[both interactive]. Call us early for July 4th, National Night Out and other summertime events as they are very popular dates. For the fall, we now have an inflatable maze[interactive] for those that love corn mazes, but want to stay inside.
Fun Runs: While the runners are on the course, their supporters can enjoy themselves and be entertained by Merry Makers. Sometimes it is just a couple bounce houses and sometimes a field of inflatables, airbrush face painters[performers], and games.
Non-Profit Organization events: Looking to get awareness and support for your cause? Our party inflatables, performers and game rentals attract visitors, entertain them and offer you more time to discuss your purpose. Some of our clients include American Heart Association, Juvenile Diabetes and American Cancer Society.
